The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please be aware Royal Mail suffered a cyber attack and there are currently big delays to US & Europe. This is beyond our control and we hope that it arrives safely with you soon.
We ask that you don’t open a case and leave it with us as we are trying desperately to sort this for you

We ONLY accept exchanges on items included in any sales. As a small business this enables we are able to continue to run. We DO include this in all sale conditions upon purchase.
