Terrible experience. Bought a beautiful moonstone bracelet on 3rd March that I really loved. Sadly this item broke so I sent it back to the shop. I was promised a replacement within a week and I didn’t receive it. I got in contact again and a week later I got a response saying that they’d send me a package with lots of goodies to make up for the inconvenience and mess up. 2 weeks later, still no package and no refund. I’ve finally been issued a refund but I’m so upset that I’ve come away with almost 2 months worth of hassle without any jewellery that I was so looking forward to. Sorry to the shop for the bad review, I hope you don’t let this happen to any of your other customers that trust your product. 🦋
