The 7th Chakra is known as the 'Crown' Chakra.
It is located at the top of the head and is said to be connected to the divine and the creator.
It is linked to our free will, creativity and consciousness.
Activating this chakra is believed to help with guidance and help to let go of the ego so our true nature can be set free and we can follow our creative intuition.
