Disappointing. First, it took me three days and multiple emails to figure out the dimensions of the earrings. Every other pair of earrings on Etsy has the dimensions written into the description. Now it's taking 5-10 minutes of fiddling to close these wires behind my ears. I've ordered better ear wires that will close quickly. But really -- it shouldn't be such hard work to order or to wear an Etsy purchase. :(
